American Eagle off the shoulder dress

I love this dress! It has spaghetti straps that are adjustable but also has off the shoulder type sleeves. The waist is cinched. The front has a tassel tie option. The pattern is adorable and perfect for any occasion. Has only been worn a couple times and is in great condition!
