American Eagle off the shoulder ivory blouse

Barely worn cotton and viscose ivory blouse from American Eagle. Cute with denim for festival or night out it is off the shoulder with a small sleeve and has embroidered and silver knots throughout (see photo) with a small pompon finish at the hem. It’s a size small but is generous in size.
