New with tags size 8 regular measurements are all laying flat. -Waist and stretched 17 1/2 will easily stretch to 18 inches. -Crotch front 9 inches. The back crotch is 11 inches. -The overall length from waist to bottom is 40 inches inseam. Looks to be almost 32” I want to say 31 1/2” -The zipper from the top of the button to the bottom of the zipper is 5”
