wildflower13 @manicrenn Thanks for your patience :) Unstretched the waist measures approx. 15 1/4 inches across. It will comfortably stretch to approx. 19 inches across the waist. Measured down the sides at the shorter part of the skirt, the length measures approx. 28 1/2 inches long. Measured down the front at the longer part of the skirt, the length measures approx. 32 1/2 inches long. The skirt is made from 100% viscose. It is super soft and had a feel like cotton or rayon!
