American Eagle peplum dress

Black American Eagle mini dress with peplum detail and back zipper. Form fitting but with a lot of stretch. Never worn, still has tag. Has some white chalk-like mark on the front near hem (photo.) Perfect to dress up with a statement necklace. Pet-free, smoke-free home.
