American Eagle short, strapless dress

This dress is really beautiful, but has a color palette that is difficult to photograph or describe. The colors appear differently in different lighting, which I tried to show to the best of my ability. The dress shimmers with blue and purple flowers. It has a slight sweetheart neckline and measures 26 inches in length.
