American Eagle shoulder and back cut out flowy top

This top is very soft and flowy, it’s a size small and is a beautiful burgundy color. The neck has a tie in the back, so that way you can adjust the neckline to your liking. The back and the shoulders have cut outs on them to give the top a more edgy look. I never wore this top!
