These AEO shorts have a 5.5 inch inseam. Size 8 Distressing to the front pocket edges. There is a slight stretch to the cotton fabric. There is a very slight black mark next to the seam at the rear right upper pocket. Not sure if it would come out. Otherwise, looks good, these were barely worn!
