Very pretty, retired American Girl (Julie) blue paisley party dress, tag size 12. In very nice, gently used condition with tons of sequins (some full circles, others crescent shaped), light blue background with medium blue and purple paisley print, bell sleeves and ruffles. Lying flat it measures 15" armpit to armpit, 27" from center of neckline to hem down the front, and 30.5" down the back.
