American Girls Nightgown

Very Hard to find. Never worn. Excellent condition. Brushed polyester. Tagged size small. As I don’t know what sizes that covers, photos contain length and sleeve measurements. Cannot tell if it is an adult small, but seems awfully short for an adult. Length from top of shoulder to hem is about 43.5” long. Sleeve from seam to cuff is 19” long. Possibly mistagged. Used versions of this item range from $75-250. This is unused.
