American Living Navy & White Trumpet Skirt Dress; size 6. Super flattering dress, accentuates the shoulders and waist and fits thru upper hip and then goes into a trumpet skirt. Fabric is heavy weight- don't have to worry about it flying up on a windy day. Wore it about 4 times 13yrs ago. Its been well taken care of since then, in my cedar robe.
