American Living form fitting short sleeve red/black business dress size 2 formal

This is a super cute outfit to wear to the office, or for a nice dinner out. This says size 2. I am a size 4 (128 ish lbs 5'4) and when I tried it on it fit me quite well. It is made in Sri Lanka so maybe the sizing is different? It has a zip up back. There is a black slip underneath. The seam kind of goes down the front. It is more form fitting. This is pre loved and in quite decent condition! The only flaws I observed was underneath in the slip inside , the fabric is starting to tear where it's sewn in a couple spots. Not visible outwardly.
