Beautiful peplum dress with textured patterning and generous stretch. True to size but could work for 14. Flattering defined waist with unattached overlay top. Invisible zipper up the back, short cap sleeves. Midi tea length, hits knee on 5'4. I love this dress, the sleeves are just too short for me.
