2 small pink spots could be easily covered up by sewing on a few pearls or sequins. Several faint orange stains may not be visible to most in the back and bottom could be covered by a bit of lace trim. I am happy to help accomplish this task for a small fee, I just did not do it because my daughter is 7 and outgrown the dress
