American 🇺🇸 Rag Dress Large

Super cute summer dress- it’s polyester but not the cheap type- it feels more like silk but doesn’t wrinkle- hidden pockets on each side - elastic in the back - I am 36DD 42” around- the cups are too small- more like a C - I am 5’5” and it comes above my knees like 2”- I think would be much better on someone taller- like 5’8 or 5’10- IMO should be like mid thigh length- I look like mini dress is too long - at least my preference is shorter. Like new.
