American Rag Gray Mini turtleneck sweater dress

I’m only 5’2” and this sits 6” above my knees. So either a mini dress as is or with leggings. If I put my arms up to fix my hair it creeps up. Personally I think it looks cuter with a little jacket over it since it’s almost sleeveless with a turtleneck.
