American Rag Size Xs Multicolor Print V-neck High Low A-line Dress. Fun colorful dress from American rag in size xs. This dress is made from 100% polyester both inside and out. It features a sleeveless tank style top with a v-neck line bordered by three rows of colorful crochet style trim. The chest measurement is about 32-34 in. Please note the back upper Hem of this dress is elasticized so there is a little more stretch to the chest area if needed. This dress also features an elasticized waistline after which the skirt flares out into a gentle a line shape that features a high low head. From the shoulder to the shortest part of the Hem is about 32 inches and about 42 in to the longest part of the hem.
