Sweetheart neck Mini dress with Flowy skirt. Super cute Mini dress. It has a pencil skirt bottom with a flowy skirt over. The buttons on the top are not functional the Straps are adjustable with buttons on the back. Skirt has a small tear on the hemline (pictured). Not obvious.
