This dress has ruffles on the sleeves, around the neckline and on the front bodice. It has a lace strip across the front just below the bust. It is made of floral chiffon and has a soft white lining from shoulder to about 21” below the lace (measured on the front side). The long sleeves are sheer. It has elastic at the waist on the back side of dress. The waist measures 19-21” across the back. The bust area measures 27-28” also measured from the back side laying flat. It measures 14” from neck to elastic waist on the back. From the waist to the bottom hem is approximately 37”. Made of 100% polyester, the dress is machine washable.
