American Rag dress

This is a junior's American Rag dress. I am 5'4" and it hits above my knees. Beautiful silver flowers with a black belt around the waist. Cute little flower detail around the waist belt. Top is a sweetheart design with some boning in the top. Bottom has tiered ruffles. Bottom of each ruffle layer is an unfinished hem look with some threads hanging. Worn about 2 times.
