American Rag XS halter top features a blue, yellow, coral, purple, and black print. Braided tie has wooden bead detail. Bust has non-removable padding and a band of adhesive to keep the top in place. The back has stretchy smocking. Width at bust is 12" and length at longest point is 15.5". A very cute top! In perfect condition!
