American Rag polka dot layered mini dress

Very special dress from American Rag! Such a nice design with two layers and a curly hem. Colors are black and cream. Too short for me. I’m 5’6”. Better for someone shorter Slight wear (minor fraying) on the straps. Straps are adjustable.
