Off white ivory color Beautiful embroidered flowers all over and some layers to the flowers at the end. Scalloped hem all around at the end, just beautiful. Waistband isn’t elastic but there is some give to it. No brand name or size tag so please follow the measurements carefully I would say a size medium Measurements Length Waist across 17.5 inches Length across the end 50 inches Noticed some tiny holes at the end as shown but not noticeable as I only saw them when I was looking, shown on last picture and that was the only spot.
