disneygurl2u If it is sterling silver, it would be marked “sterling” or 925. As far as I know, American West purses and straps have fine silver plate. Their jewelry is sterling silver though.

ljl2006 I can see no legible stamp; it is advertised and sold as sterling silver. I have several AW leather and silver necklaces; none of them are stamped.
