American eagle black hi-rise jegging super stretch

Size 0 black American eagle jegging slightly faded for vintage look. These are slightly too tight for me in the waist (26 inches) and they hit me right at the ankle. 27 inch inseam measured from the crotch seam of the pant. (I have a 26 inch waist and 34 inch hips for reference)
