American eagle outfitter maxi dress

Long flowing off-white and black maxi dress from American eagle outfitters. Measures 55” from top of the shoulder strap to the bottom hem. Adjustable straps can be used to shorten it. Empire waist can be cinched and tied in the front just under the bust. Bottom has see thru eyelet detail and does not go straight across as shown on the photo. Elastic expander on the back to allow for some stretch. The pattern throughout is navy blue.
