American eagle polka dot wrap dress

American eagle outfitters black polka dot wrap dress. Has a tie at the waist and a clip at the chest (visible in second picture) Worn once - it was already a smaller medium size, and then it shrunk after the first wash 😭 size medium short, a better fit would be for a true petite xs. Perfect, almost new condition. Very cute for spring-fall. I would suggest reading the wash instructions before washing 👏🏻
