Amethyst Diamond Accent Sterling Silver necklace

The heart pendant is finished with a diamond accent and is suspended from an 18-inch box chain secured with a lobster clasp. Gently clean by rinsing in warm water and drying with a soft cloth." NIB, never taken out. Comes with necklace box and copper Jared box but it has my name written on the outside so you'll want to change that if you're gifting it!
