Amethyst Hand-Knotted Faceted Bead Mala Necklace

This amethyst gemstone mala necklace is gorgeous: 108 faceted cut beads catch and bounce the light, making the necklace sparkle with life. The light purple beads are hand-knotted on lavender purple thread with a fringe tassel topped and a small brass granulated bead. Amethyst is often used for meditation as it promotes clarity, calms the mind, and encourages restful sleep. Try it out and see! Malas are useful for japa or chanting meditations, counting the repetitions of the mantra by fingering each bead as you chant. Even if you don’t meditate with the mala, it can be worn to remind you of your intentions. This mala is in excellent preowned condition. Please note there is a small brass bija tag on the end opposite the tassel; the tag can be removed if you wish.
