New handcrafted skirt, designed by me. Made from stretch cotton (T-shirt cotton) & chiffon ruffle. Asymmetrical / high-low. Elastic waistband. Sewn-in elastic stretches to fit figure well. All sizes: skirt front length 16 inches, back length 36 inches.
