Those watercolor illustrations inspired her Rainbow Babies series with figurines like this "Precious" baby with butterfly wings sleeping in the center of an opened flower. Rainbow Babies reflect Ami's faith in God as well as her love of babies and nature. The idea for these rainbow-colored babies with butterfly wings came to her while visiting the Garden of the Gods in Manitou Springs, Colorado.
