We try to price our available listings to reflect their condition, authenticity and when they were purchased, and occasionally we’ll use a placeholder price when we have multiple items. I know the tag you’re referring to, but this beanie doesn’t come with it unfortunately. My best recommendation would be to just pull the trigger and buy it, see how it fits / looks and feels, and then make that determination.

haloface @partyboy2134 Poshmark has a three day return policy from once it arrives to your place, so you’ll be able to make that determination for yourself. If you have doubts of any kind, you can return it no questions asked. I absolutely understand having reservations about buying high-end pieces online. I’ve been in the same place you are right now. haloface @partyboy2134 This beanie came with Amiri’s lanyard tag at the time of purchase, but it’s since been removed. Considering it’s new without tags, the price reflects this. I’ve been transparent about this since our first interaction, and provided clear proof of authenticity. If you’re interested, I’d recommend placing an offer before this beanie is sold.

partyboy2134 @haloface other designers. Also checked some online. Some Amiri headwear show wash tags and material ,made in tags . So I am confused. I dont care to drop money unless I can say from check online . I am tired of people selling replicas and passing them off as auth. I got fooled enough.

haloface @partyboy2134 Different designer brands feature different variations of inner / wash tags, so comparing how Amiri does it to another brand isn’t particularly helpful. You’re absolutely right that there is Amiri headwear that features inner tags. It’s typically on a small pamphlet under the logo patch. The only issue with Amiri choosing to do that on this beanie is that the logo patch is on the outside on the back of the beanie. Including a wash tag there wouldn’t make any sense.

haloface @partyboy2134 This beanie is also one of the knitwear-type ones from Amiri as opposed to a traditional cotton beanie like you’d see from other brands. It stands to reason that the wash instructions are readily available online. I absolutely understand your frustrations with buying inauthentic items. Especially so on Poshmark as well, so in the future I wouldn’t recommend this platform if that’s a concern of yours.

haloface @partyboy2134 If you’re referring to the listing from the seller “shoesbyme”, it’s not authentic. The wash tag that should read “100% Cashmere” has spacing between two of the letters where it shouldn’t. I can understand why you’re concerned about authenticity. Also, in spite of Poshmark’s policies there are an absurd amount of inauthentic items from brands like Chrome Hearts, Amiri, Gucci, you name it. If it’s a serious concern of yours, I generally recommend shopping elsewhere.

Makes it more difficult to compare. I will take a chance . I hope you will consider my offer. I am hoping I dont get burned again.. I usually take these items to get reviewed at the stores. Thats when I usually find out if I got burned.

haloface @partyboy2134 Absolutely, I’d be happy to accept it. 🤝🏼 I would also keep in mind that some designer brands don’t typically offer in-store authentication. I don’t know if Amiri is one of them. Worth a try, either way, but it’s also good to have a backup plan. Whatever the case, I hope you love the beanie! The knitwear is incredible, and the embroidery on the logo is awesome. It’s a statement piece, good for all occasions.
