Powder blue mini dress with beige pinstripes, with mandarin collar and side ties for closure. The neckline was pulling up with the original button so I added a snap and a hook closure so that it lays flatter when worn. The design of the dress crosses over and ties on the inside so that there are no exposed gaps when worn. Made in Spain, size 36, US 4 or Small
