kperry1226 @sarahmedic91 18.75 for the waist. This is a fit and flare with a strong outward taper. The hips are not clearly defined. It would depend on where your hips are. my guess would be, if I measure 4 buttons down from the waist seam, 24 inches, three buttons down 23 inches. So on and so forth.
