Amy Byer California long velveteen velour dress is size plus girls 16.5. Dress with a collar had an attached long sleeves floral velour jacket. Jacket closes at neck with a piece of elastic that hooks to a button under the collar. At neck is a faux floral gem but gem in middle is missing. This can be replaced with another pin or gem sewn on. In back is a slit. Made in Mexico. Jacket 100% polyester. Back skirt, front dress, collar 90% polyester 10% spandex. Jacket is a purple & burgundy mix.
