Amy Byer black skirt. False wrap detail on front. Size large (12-14). Perfect for tweens that need to step it up a notch. My daughter used it for band concertos. Length is approximately 18-3/4 inches. Elastic band is approximately 12.5 inches when relaxed. Excellent condition.
