Amy Byer girls dress

Has scallop on sleeve and asymmetrical line of lace. Does have some snagging on the bottom in the back, but it is is minimal…see pic. Otherwise, no tears are stains that I can find. I do not have the tie that goes around the waist, but you could cut those loops off and you would never even know. Super cute perfect for church, a dance, or for girls that like to get dressed up for no reason at all .
