Beautiful cocktail dress, wonderfully constructed/high quality fabric and feel. Dress is bodycon (stretch), falls just below the knee; gently used in beautiful condition. Can be worn both on and off shoulder. Straps are elastic decorated with bows that create a very pretty look. There is nothing tacky about this dress. Very “Pretty Woman” feel to the design. Surely will not disappoint!🌹 tag says XS, but fits like a S/M
