An American heirloom country style rug?? No! It’s a clutch purse!

So cute and looks like a country style rug. Love the concept! The width is 12”, and the depth is 9”. The rounded top folds over and snaps with a brass closure. The top lays flat at 9” above the top of the purse. This has been used slightly but is in perfect condition. No interior pockets. Made by Ravaiyaa.
