Description • This an extremely rare museum quality 17th or 18th c winter landscape oil painting with skaters on wooden panel. • Signed? Unknown ( Afraid to take it out from the frame). •Comes with period Rococo carved wood frame. Measurements • 14.8 inches length ( unframed) 15 1/2” framed 10.8 inches Tall. ( unframed) 20” framed .5 inch width thick (wooden panel). 2” framed Condition • very good condition despite of its age. • some craquelure and a tiny hairline on the side •. some smudge or stains on clouds but can be touch, cleaned or removed by professional • frame is intact and in excellent condition with It’s natural old patina. The frame alone has an estimated value of $3,000-$4,000z Provenance •Comes from an estate in Richmond upon Thames in England. Acquired as is from the original owner.
