This 19” skirt, is made with matlasse, heavy but soft cotton material, is a work of art. There are two front pockets, wide waist band, four belt loops and left side zipper. The color is Winter White thus can be worn Summer and year round on East Coast and Florida. Care directions say Dry Clean but I have always washed carefully and had no problems. This is a favorite but too small now.
