An Original Milly of New York strapless cocktail dress, size 4

An Original Milly of New York strapless cocktail dress , size 4 Beautiful design, colors are green/teal and pink! I bought this preowned, and never wore it because it’s a tad small for me. Very light and airy! Perfect for summer! Recently dry cleaned. There are very faint “water” marks on front of the dress, but hardly noticable (I’ve looked at those dress many times and only noticed it upon thorough examination) There are a few marks on the lining.
