An open shaped heart turtleneck band sweater.

I bought this last year and thought it was very pretty but I'm very picky when it comes to things around my neck. So I tried it on and the tug that was on it. I cut off because I felt like it was scratching me on the back of my neck which didn't make me feel comfortable It is also light and airy. It may look heavy but it's not heavy at all.
