STEP 1: FILL + ADD VOLUME Remove extra product from the spoolie. Apply DIPBROW Gel from the arch to the tail of the brow. Use the remaining product for the front of the brow. Allow it to set for 20 seconds. STEP 2: BROW FREEZE Dip the spoolie brush into Brow Freeze, removing excess from the cap. Apply a small amount on clean brows to tame hairs.
