Anastasia Chatzka Flirty Dress

This is a dress designed by a local designer in Chicago. It's cute and flirty at the same time. The top is a red and white checker pattern and the bottom is a silky floral pattern. It says it's a size 10 but it fits more like a 4. It is in great condition but the lining does have some bleeding on it from the ribbon.
