This Plisse' pleated mini wrap dress from the conscious collection, is made of recycled polyester blend ribbed fabric. With a defined elastic waist, asymmetrical hemline and dropped penguin sleeves and deep v surplice neckline. Belt has been removed leaving stitching on the back. Can be worn as is or own belt added. A few loose threads in front (last two photos) but otherwise excellent condition. Underarm to underarm is approximately 18 inches. Waist is 26 inches around with stretch. Length is approximately 33 to 38 inches
