Really pretty tie dye tiered skirt in cream, white and blues. Has a faux drawstring with blue beads and an elastic waistband. Has a half slip built in underneath. Flaw - As seen in the last 2 photos, the fabric has a run / ladder in the bottom back of the skirt. It isn't noticeable when wearing, it looks like one of the seams.
