This would fit a size 18 I am a size 20 and it fits but I wouldn't be able to layer. Removeable hood 94% polyester 6% spandex It is a very comfortable jacket and can be warm with a layer underneath. 2 front side pockets and a zippered pocket Size XXL Measurements are Pit to pit 24" total length 25" backside 24" front Bottom of jacket opening 52" The color is Wine Black
