Andrew Marc ladies top. NWT

NWT Andrew Marc gray strip top with flowers. The little flowers all over it are holes that have been stitched around to make the flower. Sleeves are 19” from shoulder to bottom and the last 8” is flared. Shoulder to hem is 25”. Color is a blue gray strip but he calls it blue.
