Andrew by Marc New York faux leather / knit open coat / duster. Free form, cascading 'waterfall' lapels. Lightweight, flowy. NWT, retail $110. Length of back of coat from collar seem to hem: 34". Shoulder to shoulder 16". Coat is too 'free form' to estimate other measurements. This one is going to a resale store later this week, if they buy it I'll unlist it.
